The tract is located about seven (7) miles east of Donaldson, Arkansas. Access is Frontage on Frazier Trail and Bob Brown Road with multiple internal woods roads. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty-three (83) feet (base age 50) on Sacul-Smithdale, Saffell-Sacul, Smithdale-Bowie-Sacul and fine sandy loams. Timber consists of multiple aged pine plantations, native hardwood and premerchantable pine plantation. Terrain is gently rolling with Leau Frais Creek. Tract offers opportunity for great timberland investment and excellent hunting / recreation. Timber Volumes are online. Hunting season has started so wear ORANGE when inspecting property.
