The tract is located about one and one-half (1½) miles southeast of Donaldson, Arkansas. Access is woods road via South Kratz Road. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty (80) feet (base age 50) on Saffell-Sacul, Sawyer and fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists of ±2001 pine stand and is ready to harvest with a mix of pine products. Tract offers opportunity for immediate timber income, hunting / recreation, and is an excellent timber investment property.
Based on inventory of merchantalbe timber in October, 2025, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
- Pine Sawtimber: 2,868 Tons
- Pine CNS: 771 tons
- Pine Pulpwood: 2,621 Tons
- Pine Topwood: 821 Tons
- Hardwood Pulpwood: 253 Tons
