Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Wolfe-Halter Tract described as the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 5, Township 15 South, Range 6 West, in Drew County, Arkansas, containing approximately 120.4 acres.  The Wolfe-Halter Tract boasts ~1,363 feet of frontage on gravel Gates Mainline Rd (a Weyerhaeuser Company road). The timber consists of +/-20 acres of thinned mature pine; +/-42.3 acres of unthinned 19-year-old pine plantation, and +/-58.1 acres of mature hardwood. There is a small beaver pond in the middle of the property. The property is accessed by a gated woods road along the west boundary line. No part of the tract lies in a flood area according to DFIRM data.
