Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Wolfe-Halter Tract described as the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 5, Township 15 South, Range 6 West, in Drew County, Arkansas, containing approximately 120.4 acres.

The Wolfe-Halter Tract boasts ~ 1/4 mile of frontage on gravel Gates Mainline Rd (a Weyerhaeuser Co. Rd).  The property also has electrical utilities.  The timber consists of +/-20 acres of mature pine; +/-42 acres of unthinned 19-year-old pine plantation, and +/-58 acres of mature hardwood.  There is a small beaver pond in the middle of the property which may attract ducks.  The property is accessed by a gated woods road along the west boundary line.  No part of the tract lies in a flood area according to DFIRM data.
