The Point Cedar Tract is located in the Point Cedar community, about ±8 miles west of Bismarck and ±15 miles southwest of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Property has over one-half-mile of frontage on Free Hill Road. Timber consists of ±2005 pine plantation that has mostly been thinned and also has ±2018 pine plantation. Small Creek flows through part of property. Terrain is gently rolling.
