Kingwood Forestry provides professional real estate brokerage services specializing in the needs of land owners. We regularly manage the sale of a wide range of forested lands and other rural properties. We can market your property in a manner that results in the greatest return to you. Kingwood is typically the seller's agent in most transactions but we have assisted buyers in other transactions where there is no conflict of interest. We offer parcels of high quality land for sale, often by sealed bid. We specialize in timberland, but handle other rural properties. We are licensed real estate brokers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma,and are associated with broker Frankie Bridges in Texas. Kingwood maintains, and frequently updates, an extensive list of buyers for all sizes of tracts.
