Annette Watson
Residential Appraiser
Annette joined Kingwood Forestry in 1994. She has worked in many areas of Kingwood, from the aerial photography department to a key team member of Kingwood's Monticello office in the administrative responsibilities for land management and professional services. In October of 2012 Kingwood started a new company, KFS Appraisal Services, offering residential appraisals. This is Annette’s primary responsibility. Annette is an Arkansas State Registered Appraiser and an Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson.
