95 acres of land in Cass County, Texas.The Slicker Trust (Dickson Dyer East Tract) property is located approximately three and one-half miles west of Queen City, Texas.  Access to this tract is excellent with one-quarter mile paved frontage.  Terrain is gently rolling.  All merchantable timber was harvested in 2005 from approximately seventy-two acres of the tract.  The remaining acreage is comprised of a creek bottom.  Tract has potential for rural residential development and/or forest recreation.  There were eight bids and the sale has closed.

306 acres in Polk County, Arkansas.The Sanders property is located one and one-half miles northwest of Acorn, Arkansas and five miles north of Mena.   Access is good via Forest Service Roads.  The tract has over one mile of scenic Ouachita River frontage and is bordered by the Ouachita National Forest on three sides.  Most merchantable timber has been harvested but widely-scattered pine products remain.  The tract was sprayed several years ago and is ready to replant.   Terrain is gently rolling and site index is 75 feet for loblolly pine.  There were eight bids and the sale has closed.

209 acres of timberland in Polk County, Arkansas.The Flatt and Simpson property is located two miles northeast of Wickes.  Access is excellent with County Road providing significant frontage.  Terrain is gently rolling.  The West Tract contains thirty-two acres of merchantable timber with about seventy-six acres in pine plantation established in March, 1992 and forty-eight acres of plantation established in December, 1992.  Both plantations were site prepared by ripping and released by injecting cull hardwoods.  The East Tract consists of eighty acres in merchantable timber with the remainder in pine plantation established in March, 1992.  A small vacant house is located here along with a wooden barn.  Electricity is available at road and rural water lines are being installed.  There were six bids and the sale has closed.

40 acres of timberland in Hempstead County, Arkansas.The Chambers Bank (Patmos Tract) property is located approximately two miles east of Patmos just off Highway 355.  It contains native stands of pine and hardwood on flat to gently rolling terrain.   Sawtimber is of good quality.  Access is via woods roads through adjoining property.  Site index is 83 feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years) on sandy loam soil.  There were eleven bids and the sale has closed.

97.4 acres of timberland/potential development land in Drew County, ArkansasThe Rough and Ready Tract is located one mile south of Monticello.  The land is comprised of approximately 63 acres in 2003 pine plantation, and 21 acres in streamside management zones.  The eastern boundary fronts Midway Routh Road, and the southern boundary fronts Wilson Mill Road.  The sale has closed.

28 acres of timberland in Dallas County, Arkansas.The Key Tract is located approximately three miles west of Farindale. Access is excellent, with Highway 48 providing 1/4 mile of paved frontage. 122 Acres of timberland (pine plantation) in Columbia County, Arkansas.The McRae Tract  is located just south of Highway 57 between Stephens and Mount Holly.  Access is excellent with County Roads #442 and #67 providing nearly one-half mile of frontage.   Terrain is flat to gently rolling.  About 115 acres contains a well-stocked pine plantation established in 1996.  The balance of acreage is in SMZ around Sand Creek.  Site index is 90 feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years) on sandy loam soils.   We received eleven bids and sale has closed.

Parcel 1 - "North Block"
This block has 48 acres of improved pasture, 151 acres of 2000 pine plantation, and ±14 acres of merchantable timber.  The entire parcel is fenced.  The pine plantations were bedded and had herbaceous weed control.   The parcel has several small ponds.  The Hunting Camp located in the Northwest corner is annually leased for $100.00.  The sale has closed. Parcel 2 - "South Block"
This block has a 2000 pine plantation that has been bedded and had herbaceous weed control.  The parcel has a four strand barbed wire fence around the perimeter.  There are some small ponds on the parcel also.  The sale is pending on this parcel.   There were fourteen bids on these two blocks and the sale has closed.

440 Acres of Timberland and/or Luxury Camp on River in Bradley County, Arkansas.
1. Timberland
The property is a 440 acre contiguous block of land in the Pine Prairie area near the Ouachita River.  The tract has approximately 287 acres of hardwood, 112 acres of pine, and 41 acres of cypress.  The timber inventory estimate is based on a 5% cruise using 1/10 acre plots on a 2x10 chain grid conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in August 2004.  The cypress break was not cruised but an estimate of volume was made based upon experience of the cruiser.
2. Luxury Camp and River Lot
The modern cabin is located on a ±0.5 acre river lot with frontage on Pine Prairie Bay.  The lot has a permanent boat dock and a concrete boat ramp to the Ouachita River.  The camp has the following utilities:   well water, public water availability, electric service, 1,000 gallon septic tank, and propane.  The platform is approximately 2,100 square feet having approximately 1,700 square feet heated and cooled.  The cabin has two open decks, two screened decks, three staircases, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and many closets and storage areas.  Appliances that will stay are washer, dryer, air conditioner, propane heaters, range, refrigerator, water heater, pressure tank, and well pump.

The property is a high quality parcel of timberland.  The tract has been divided into four separate stands.  Stand 1 is ±49.7 acres of a young pine stand. Stand 2 is ±30.3 acres of pine pulpwood.  Stand 3 is ±23.3 acres of pine pulpwood and small logs. Stand 4 is ±36.7 acres of large mature pine sawtimber.  Kingwood Forestry Services Inc. has conducted an inventory in August, 2004 and the estimated volumes are as follows. We received seven bids and the sale has closed.

Five parcels of Bean Lumber Company, Inc. land and timber in Clark and Hot Spring Counties, Arkansas.
The tracts were "Fendley West,  Oak Grove Church, Cook Shack, I-30, and Smith." The total acreage is approximately 2,887 acres of excellent timberland.  The tracts were sold separately, and twenty total bidders were represented.  Fendley West had eight bids, Oak Grove Church had fifteen bids, Cook Shack had five bids, I-30 had four bids, and Smith had eleven bids.  The sales closed.

572 Acres and 200 acres timberland in Bowie County, Texas
Both tracts  are attractive properties with the North Tract (572 acres, more or less) located seven miles northwest of New Boston and the South Tract (200 acres, more or less) located four miles northwest of New Boston. Access is excellent Road FM 992 providing paved frontage for both tracts. Internal woods roads are maintained by hunters on both tracts. Timber consists of planted loblolly pine and native pine and hardwood. Ten bids were received and sales have closed.

(Hurd Creek Tracts): Two tracts, each 160 acres, located five miles southeast of Clayton. Hurd Creek crosses both tracts. Pine and hardwood timber, excellent hunting, horseback riding and ATV trails. Woods road access through properties. Near Clayton Lake State Park and Sardis Lake. Six bids were received and sale has closed.

± 1,280 Acres of timberland in Ashley County, Arkansas.
The tract is located in northern Ashley County, an area known for some of the finest timberland in Arkansas. It is high quality commercial timberland with good to excellent stands of maturing pine sawtimber with young growth in the understory. This is an especially attractive property due to the large contiguous acreage and the network of woods roads in place. Long managed for timber production, the tract is in excellent condition and can support regular sustainable income from the sale of timber under a good management system.Exceptional hunting opportunities exist and the large acreage offers herd management opportunities not available on smaller tracts.
