Phil WrightPosition: Arkadelphia Manager and Forester Phil joined the Kingwood staff in September, 2011. He spent eight years in Kingwood's Texarkana office where his primary duties included management of timberland for institutional and private landowners. Phil relocated to the Arkadelphia office in December, 2019. |

Jimmy Don ThomasPosition: Forester Jimmy Don is a native of Gurdon, AR and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry in 2000. He worked for a short time with Potlatch Corporation in Prescott before taking a position with Kingwood in August of 2000. He began his career as forester in the industrial services department at our Monticello office and moved to Arkadelphia in June of 2003 where he nows plays a key role in most projects. |

Brian ClarkPosition: Forester Brian Clark is a 2014 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. He also became an Arkansas Registered Forester in May, 2014. While finishing his bachelor's degree, Brian worked part-time with Kingwood's Monticello office as a forestry technician. He also held an internship with Potlatch Corporation in Warren where he performed field work for harvest operations. |

Amber BarentinePosition: Administrative Assistant Amber joined Kingwood's Arkadelphia office in 2019. She graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management in 2016. Before taking the position at Kingwood, Amber worked summer positions with the U.S. Forest Service as a Forestry Technician, and with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Park Ranger. Amber's duties include assisting with appraisal report generation and providing administrative support to the professional staff in the Arkadelphia office. |

Melissa KimseyPosition: Administrative Assistant Melissa joined Kingwood's Arkadelphia office in 2008. She has worked in the administrative support field for many years and has been a trainer for customer service. Melissa duties include preparing contracts, managing transactions, generating reports, and providing administrative support to the professional staff in the Arkadelphia office. |
Pete PrutzmanPosition: Retired December, 2020 Pete managed the Arkadelphia office since its establishment in 1979. He served as Kingwood President from 2008-2018. |
