Prutzman
Pennsylvania State University, BS Forestry (1977)Pete has managed the Arkadelphia office since its
establishment in 1979. He is Vice President of Kingwood Forestry and member of Board of
Directors. Previous experience with U.S. Forest Service: Gifford Pinchot and
Allegheny National Forests (1976-78). Registered Forester in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Real
Estate Broker in Arkansas and Oklahoma, State Certified General Appraiser, Licensed
Commercial Pesticide Applicator, Arkansas Forestry Association (Board of Directors
1995-present), Association of Consulting Foresters, Society of American Foresters (SAF
Fellow ; Certified Forester). Pete is past Chairman of Arkansas Board of
Registration for Foresters. |

Terrell
Baker
University of Arkansas, BS Forestry (1995)Terrell serves as a department head, with
responsibility for management of private client lands. While in college, he worked for
Potlatch Corp. and the UAM Forestry Department. Terrell joined the Kingwood staff in June,
1995. His father, Dr. James (Jim) Baker is considered one of the top U.S. Forest Service
research scientists. Terrell became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2007. As a member of
the Arkansas Forestry Association, Terrell is actively involved with the Tree Farm
Program. Registered Forester in Arkansas. State Registered Appraiser. |

Troy
Morris
University of Tennessee, BS Wildlife & Fisheries Science
(2003); University of Arkansas, MS Forest Resources (2007)Troy joined Kingwood's professional staff in July, 2007.
Before joining Kingwood, Troy served as a Conservation Technician at Arnold Air
Force Base, TN and as a Natural Resources Specialist in Charlotte, NC. He
recently completed a M.S. degree in Forest Resources from the University of Arkansas in
Monticello where he researched the effects of different silvicultural treatments on
upland oak stands in the Arkansas Ozarks. Troy is a Registered Forester (RF) in
Arkansas, a certified Associate Wildlife Biologist (AWB), and a member of the Society of
American Foresters (SAF), The Wildlife Society (TWS), and the Association for Fire Ecology
(AFE). |

Mark Clark Mark, a
native of Arkadelphia, came to Kingwood in March 2008 from The Nature Conservancy where he
was responsible for conservation efforts related to Blackland and Sandhill Ecosystems in
southwest Arkansas. He began his professional career with The Ross Foundation in
Clark County, where he assisted with silvicultural activities aimed at generating income
while maintaining forest integrity and sustainabililty. Mark also held field and
administrative positions with the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission's Wildlife
Management Division where he assisted with wildlife habitat and population management on
public and private lands. |

Jimmy Don Thomas
University of Arkansas, BS Forestry (2000)Worked two summers for Potlatch Corporation's Woodlands
office in Prescott. Jimmy Don joined the Kingwood staff as a forester/timber cruiser in
August of 2000. He began in the industrial services department at our Monticello office.
Since June, 2003 he has worked at Arkadelphia and plays a major role in most projects.
